Overall pretty smooth and easy to sign up

Overall pretty smooth and easy to sign up for a building society. However it wasn't clear how to put money into the account. Eventually I found the details in one of the PDFs, though it wasn't as obvious as other banks/societies. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2024

Investment

We went to the Sutton in ash field office to invest a lump sum of money. The staff were very helpful, polite, and efficient. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025
