I already held a fixed rate bond with an investment of over £40000 I wanted to open a regular saver and was asked for various proofs of identity.I was investing further,not taking money out! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN NOW MY BOND HAS MATURED Reviewed on: 12th November 2019

The app does not work!

The app does not work!! I cannot get access despite resetting my pin. Most times I go in I have to switch the phone off and back on again to get it to work and now not even that is getting me in Reviewed on: 17th December 2025

Please contact our Savings & Customer Contact team who would be happy to assist you further with this matter. You can reach the team on 01633 844340. Our Opening hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9am – 5pm and Wednesday 10am – 5pm. We close for Christmas at 5pm on Tuesday 23rd December and reopen on Monday 29th December at 9am. Response date: 17th December 2025
