Loved the savings options this year.

Loved the savings options this year. Also being able to include my different financial products in the one app (mortgage, Starling account, etc). One drawback is how the user experience has evolved over the years – now super confusing. Appreciate there's now so much morwe stuff to include, but there must be a better way to show it. From currency converter to best banking app ever!

I started using Monzo when I went to America as they provide a no-fee currency conversion. Since then, I have transferred almost everything into Monzo. The savings rates are amazing, the ease of use is second to none and when my partner was having a dispute with Boots about a cancelled order, she spoke to Monzo customer service and the money was refunded in less than an hour.
