If I could give no stars, I would!

If I could give no stars, I would! Absolutely incompetent, functionally locked accounts because they failed the set up properly, app and internet banking appalling, tons of mistakes made, cost me more money in late payment fees than they 'gave' me as a new customer and a hit to my credit rating (despite having the money and being willing to pay) on top. Takes over an hour to get through to them (don't even bother with the chat function) and out of three formal complaints all three have been batted away, all showing they'd not even read the complaint properly, once blaming the postman! Amazing bank with great customer service.

Amazing bank with great customer service. Great value for money. They keep their banks on the high street and they give back to their customers. The benefits I had with Lloyds, were the same as Nationwide and moving from Lloyds to Nationwide saved me £10 per month, keeping the same benefits. Reviewed on: 26th February 2025
