absolutely dreadful

awful, they noticed fraud on my card, so blocked it and sent me a new one, ok great, but for some reason, they also blocked my new card aswell, I could not use it anywhere, it was rejected everytime I used it, 3 days of non stop phone calls, nobody knew what was going or how to fix it Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

Nationwide Rocks!

Nationwide is my go-to bank for all my financial needs. From the first time I stepped into one of their branches, I knew I was in good hands. Their customer service is second to none, and their representatives always make me feel welcome and valued. One of the things I love about Nationwide Bank is their mobile banking app. It's so user-friendly and convenient; I can manage my finances from anywhere with just a few clicks. The app allows me to check my account balance, transfer money, pay bills, and even deposit checks remotely, making banking so much easier. When it comes to financial products and services, Nationwide Bank has got me covered. They offer a range of options, including savings accounts, checking accounts, credit cards, and loans, all at competitive rates. Great bank

This bank was there when I needed them, the fexi basic account is good and there are no overdraft so there are no unexpected fees when you go over your limit. This helps me stay on budget. Nationwide is also a very helpful bank and great security settings Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Good bank

Nationwide has done a lot to satisfy its customers. I was given a £200 pay to join their bank. Every month they give me 5% over cash that is in my bank account and they offer nice cashback from shops in main supermarkets. Only downside is transferring money can be a real pain and they need to do some catching up with this compared to other banks Reviewed on: 28th March 2023
