I have have used the products and it works

have had the account for years and have used the breakdown cover, the travel insurance and the mobile phone cover. The test is that when needed the product provided the insurance cover and I was treated fairly. The standard of cover offered is very good. The service is prompt and easy to access. A stonkingly good mutual banking service

Amazing service with the flex plus

Amazing service with the flex plus, insurance and breakdown cover included within the monthly price. I've had to use the breakdown service a few times and it's now provided by the aa. In-store and online service is great, everyone is really helpful and friendly. Reviewed on: 24th February 2024
