Avoid!

1 star is more than what they should get but I can't do zero. 7 people I've spoken to today. Three times "cut off" and one time I failed security reading direct from my bank statement the answers!!! Shocking serice. I'm now trying to pay my balance and cancel my card and I can't even do that. All this started from multiple payments on my account I didn't ask for. Any other credit card company would have stoppd these straight away as they're still pending. But not nationwide. A million hoops for customers to jump through despite the answers being correct still no help, yet nothing for the companies who scam us! Superb customer service

I often have to travel to France and, because I have had my card for some years, I get free spending abroad in euros. Most cards would charge an exchange rate fee but not my Nationwide credit card - superb! Reviewed on: 12th February 2017

Very quickly provided me with a substantial credit limit increase to cover purchase of season ticket.

The card comes with various perks, but the one I like most is that I get charge free foreign currency (up to ten per cent of what I spend on the card.) Reviewed on: 7th February 2017

Reliable and Rewarding

Just to say I highly recommend my Nationwide Select Credit card as the associated staff are very competent and helpful in an emergency (such as when an unauthorised company tries to take recurring payments from said credit card account as happened to me recently), and they're always available via a free phone number.
