The 0% interest also applies to spending abroad. You can apply if you have a Nationwide current account, savings account or mortgage. You can’t apply if you already have a Nationwide credit card.

Avoid!

1 star is more than what they should get but I can't do zero. 7 people I've spoken to today. Three times "cut off" and one time I failed security reading direct from my bank statement the answers!!! Shocking serice. I'm now trying to pay my balance and cancel my card and I can't even do that. All this started from multiple payments on my account I didn't ask for. Any other credit card company would have stoppd these straight away as they're still pending. But not nationwide. A million hoops for customers to jump through despite the answers being correct still no help, yet nothing for the companies who scam us! Great 0% credit cards

Taken out two credit cards (wife & I), no interest on purchases for 12 months, keeping money I've spent on cards on Nationwide account (earning 5%). Easy way to make money!!! Reviewed on: 24th December 2016

Online scammed but computer said no

Out group account was broken into and fraudulent transactions were made but nationwide caught every single one before it hit our account, then informed us and deactivated our cards and gave us new ones. Cant sing their praises enough Reviewed on: 18th December 2016

Excellent service from start to finish

Signed up for a Nationwide 0% on purchases and transfer credit card for a large purchase. Application form was straight-forward and acceptance was instant. Received card the next day and the number for the card three days later. Very happy with the product and the great rate offered after the 0% introductory rate expired. Great offer & customer service

Great service through-out the length of my 0% interest period. My most recent offer has come to an end & the majority of my documentation has been encouraging me to clear my balance or leave to avoid interest charges; quite refreshing for a bank to do this. Excellent bank that responds quickly to the customer's needs

Nationwide has very friendly staff that are ready to answer your queries and help you in anyway. They also gave me access to 5% AER for the first 12 months with them. I am very satisfied with their services Reviewed on: 14th October 2016
