Brilliant Service every time!

The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and efficient whenever I visit. Nothing is too much trouble and they even know me by name. I feel more like a family member than as a customer. Wokingham is Amazing

The whole team at Wokingham branch are amazing and provide top level experience. Bradley and Connor are a delight to be served by. Justine has a great team. The society as a whole is very old school but that’s great as it pretty zeros the chance of financial abuse. Reviewed on: 21st January 2026

Is there anything else I can help you with?

Friendly, approachable and welcoming staff that will do anything in their power to help, even call their colleagues in their Headquarters and get the right answer if needed. Rounded up conversations, especially when I opened the account, considering my needs, goals and everything savings related was explained in plain English. I love the fact that you can come in a branch and talk to a human being that will listen to you, rather than pressing options on a telephone and have a machine talking to you. Happy Savings customer

As a Savings customer it was great to get a personalised review of my accounts to make sure that they were the best for my needs. An alternative account was suggested which gave me the same interest rate but was much more flexible. Friendly, knowledgeable service with an actual human being.
