Disappointing Service, Unexplained Denials, and Poor.

I am thoroughly disappointed with Policy Expert UK and Trinity Claims. Despite submitting valid claims on my policy, every single one has been denied without any clear explanation or reasoning, leaving me completely in the dark about their decision-making process. Their customer service is equally frustrating. They fail to call back at the agreed times, don’t respond to messages in their portal, and treat you as though you’re being dishonest just for filing a claim. The interactions feel condescending and unprofessional, especially if you happen to have a foreign-sounding name. For non-native speakers, there is no patience or consideration either, which only adds to the feeling of being dismissed and unvalued. I would strongly advise against using this company if you’re looking for support and transparency when it matters most. This has been a deeply disappointing experience with no accountability in sight. Reviewed on: 31st October 2024

Great customer service. Really helpful, friendly staff. Easy to use website. They only send you out useful emails with reminders and tips for your home etc Simple straight forward process for purchasing Home insurance. Would highly recommend them. I have been with them for several years now as they always come through with a top quality policy cheaper than others and with added benefits such as legal cover. I haven't had to make a claim so the quality of their claims service remains unknown. Reviewed on: 6th September 2025

Good value, straightforward application

5 years loyalty

Been with this company for 5 years. They have always ensured that my policy costs do not sky rocket. Always stays within a limit of the previous year. Best buy post burglary

We were burgled a few years back. Since then Policy Expert have consistently been the best value for money in terms of insurance. We haven’t needed to use customer service or make a claim since being with them, but they contact us with a quote in plenty of time prior to renewal to allow us to shop around, and their auto-renew was completely trouble free.
