Glad I’m soon leaving.

Awful experiences most of the time. In making simple transactions in the bank the queues are disgusting. Staff stood around waiting for queue to get bigger before then serving. Security questions great but the incessant questions going way beyond are unnecessarily intrusive. Branches shutting down and basic things can’t be done in the machine and needs queuing for. Then having to repeat things over and over again because of lack of listening. Just overall never been a good experience with this bank. Glad I moved banks for most of my savings. Didn’t help me to return my stolen money .

Didn’t help me to return my stolen money . I contacted them several times and was told that it was impossible because the fraudulent company actually existed and I needed to contact them personally. And when the circumstances turned out to be the opposite and the company did not exist, the bank said that the case was closed and no one would take any further action to help me get my money back. My experience of Santander has been a positive one. The Santander current account provides everything I need, from online banking to Customer service if needed.
