Excellent Service at Ipswich Branch.

Visited Ipswich Branch to transfer an expired ISA to new account. We were welcomed by Michelle without appointment at lunchtime. Following advice, the transaction was completed with patience and courtesy to combine three separate accounts with pass books being retained and returned earlier than expected.
