They never answer their telephone.

Terrific at Tesco.

Excellent experience, easy to order online, good communication throughout from ordering, processing and collection. Susan at the Brighouse store was very helpful, and had excellent customer service skills. Reviewed on: 17th October 2024

Awful experience online.

Awful experience online. Do not use Tesco Bank online for travel money. Took money held for 14 days without able to collect. Email received stating to attend to collect during this time and refused at kiosk. Terrible customer service, no communication between staff online and in store. No assistance and order cancelled with £10 charge. Still unsure of problem and if it wasn't for Tesco name would assume scam company. Avoid online. Reviewed on: 11th August 2024
