I spoke to Katherine Ambrose to resolve an apparent problem on the closure of my fixed bond - and the transfer of the funds to two other accounts. One with you and the other external. Unfailingly Excellent

I've had to more than once phone customer support to unlock my account (don't know what I do wrong but I do do it wrong, repeatedly) and customer support is unfailingly excellent. They're in the UK, speak clearly, pleasantly and patiently, and have always solved the problem quickly. And no obsequious, fake, do-nothing, AI generated voices. Reviewed on: 16th August 2025
