Telephone call to Customer Service. I needed to telephone Family Building Society. I had been locked out of my online banking. I phoned and Ellissa Agodi took my call. She was very polite, professional and helpful. She identified me and then reset my online banking access. She offered to stay on the line whilst I accessed my account in case my password needed to be reset. Ellissa was patient, knowledgeable and did not rush me. Wonderful Custome Service today!!! A total disgrace

I have been locked out of my account for around a month now and received no help from this company other than I will have to wait until they can get around to issuing an additional code to me. This will not be sent by any other method than post. Ridiculous in this day and age. Absolutely regret having anything to do with them, in the meantime I have no idea what is happening to the n£50,000 that I deposited with them earlier this year.
