Unblocking account

I understand that there is a long delay ,waiting to get through on the phone, 20 mins- as you are so busy- and I did appreciate the option to have a call back to avoid waiting on the phone . I didn’t take up this option - hence the longish wait .Once through - the service I received was professional, helpful and friendly - and the problem of unblocking my account - my own fault ,was quickly resolved . Easy and friendly customer service

I was locked out of my account and called to get it unlocked. It was easy to do and the lady (I forget her name) was patient and waited on the call until I was able to get back in. The whole thing was pretty quick. Reviewed on: 11th November 2025
