Helpful customer services

I needed more information about opening an ISA account and transferring in previous years ISA savings from another Building Society. It was wonderful to get through quickly to speak to a human being. Kieran Smith from Customer Services was very helpful. He talked me through the process so I could open the account on line while he sent the form for me to request the transfer in. Happy branch to visit

Epsom counter service is without doubt best I have ever had. Alixis Osborne is to be commended for her polite, knowledgeable & professional customer service. We have been into Epsom branch twice now and have received a hello and cheerful welcome on both occasions. So very rare these days, long may it continue. Reviewed on: 8th April 2025

Information to savers

Whilst on the whole I am pleased with the customer service and interest rates offered by the Society I feel there is one major improvement that could be offered to existing savers:- Why can't emails be sent out when there are changes to the Society's interest rates or new accounts introduced ?
