Discussed renewal of Savings account.

Brilliant service

I wanted to open a new ISA with FBS and transfer over ISA's held with other banks. Louise talked me through what I needed to do and made the process totally stress free. In fact she pretty much did everything! Reviewed on: 7th November 2023

Behind the times

Despite being registered for online servicing, my recent annual ISA statement was provided not digitally but by post with half a rainforest of stupid images and unnecessary drivel. What a total waste of resources. Reviewed on: 3rd November 2023

Helpful but.....

I required an annual tax certificate which was e-mailed to me but the actual document with the certificate and the amount would not open so I don't have what I need. Disappointing. Reviewed on: 27th October 2023

Transfer between accounts
