A sensible survey

I've just completed the Financial Wellbeing survey. The questions were relevant and easy to answer. There were not too many of them and there were none of the usual endless multiple choice ones about how much you value the organisation. Reviewed on: 5th October 2023

User friendly, contact with humans.

It is so refreshing and a huge relief to have accessible human communication. For a telephone call or other contact to be responded to promptly by an efficient, friendly person is a pleasant experience, in contrast to the stressful situations we are often subjected to. Excellent Service

I phoned Family Building Society today, late afternoon, and got through straightaway and was answered by Mia who was really helpful and answered my query so that I am now aware of the procedure.
