A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Refreshing in these times where unsustainable growth is often marketed as the only way to go- I like how Triodos is prepared to challenge this narrative. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025

KIND THOUGHTFUL ETHICAL PROFESSIONAL

Triodos respond quickly to our needs. For example by phone talking me through installing the app before going abroad. Very patient, clear and kind. They examine ethics very closely and communicate regularly about the projects,we are supporting. The communications are not excessive - not too many emails! Reviewed on: 13th April 2025

Makes banking stress free!

I’ve only had to call once but the lady was super friendly and calming. The phone was picked up straight away and I got through to a real person - whoo hoo! The app is incredibly easy to navigate and use. The colours make me feel calm as well. Sustainability is incredibly important to me which is why I chose Triodos & I’ll be moving all my banking activities to them. So easy all round! Reviewed on: 13th April 2025
