A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Ethical, people and planet over profit

Triodos offers an ethical alternative to large destructive banks, which prioritise profit over people and planet. Triodos is fully transparent about their investments. It is a very customer friendly bank, always quick to respond and very helpful. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

I switched my account for ethical reasons and the process was completely worry free. I was kept regularly informed throughout the process, and just wish I had done it sooner. Really happy with Triodos, the level of service is fantastic, the security levels are excellent and now we can load our cards onto Apple Pay which makes life easier. The biggest plus for me as a customer is the sustainability element to their ethos/vision. As much as we can do to help the planet the better and Triodos do this brilliantly. The bank for those who love the planet Earth

Having left other large banks, due to their bad investments, and with their links to deforestation and climate warming contributions, and also military arms investments fuelling corrupt regimes, I struggled to find an alternative, but Triodos has been the perfect bank to move to so I don't feel guilty and ashamed of where my money is and how it is used. I'm proud of who I bank with

Love that I bank ethically with Triodos, I'm proud of who I bank with and like sharing that information. I also have my business savings with Triodos as well as a Cash ISA and a stocks and Shares ISA. It's great to know how my money is being invested. Best decision I could have made to choose Triodos

I moved my personal and only current account to Triodos at the same time as moving to online banking about six years ago, and I couldn't be happier with the service Triodos have provided. I love the fact that Triodos has principles that I can trust about where it invests our - my - money, that they're not supporting fossil fuel producing companies but community, green, local and ethical businesses.
