Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Triodos is an ethical bank

I know my money goes to support sustainable businesses and projects. Triodos is transparent in its dealings with customers and is trustworthy. Customer services are helpful and thorough. I do not have to wait for a long time when I want to speak with someone at Triodos. I am an older customer and am sometimes unable to navigate my way online. An excellent bank in every respect

I have been banking with Triodos for about a year, and can't think why I didn't switch to them sooner. In every respect, Triodos is excellent: from customer service, to easy-to-use app and website, to knowing that my money is being used for good. I recommend Triodos to everyone!
