Simple reassuring online banking

We moved our savings and current account to Triodos from RBS purely because we wanted simple ethical online banking. We found the transition well organised and simple. Now we get regular texts on any payments to ensure authenticity and access to very quick online banking. We have been enjoying the experience, knowing that it is making a positive environmental impact. Great customer service and easy to use

Customer service agents know what they are doing, are extremely helpful and quick to sort out any issues. Such an unusual trait for any bank I’ve ever dealt with before. I love hearing the stories about the groups and organisations the bank is lending money to. How the bank uses its money is the most important factor in my choice of banking services. A bank that helps

I've been using Triodos back for my personal and savings accounts for a few months now. It's wonderful to know that my money's helping, even a little, in others lives and that it's not going towards harmful causes like fossil fuel investments. They're also very clear on how they are spending my money which fills me with confidence. I'd recommend to anyone.
