Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Banking with a social conscience

Banking somewhere that has ethical and sustainable practices was really important to me. I moved from one of the major UK banks and of course was concerned that the service wouldn’t be the same! Well it is!! And it means I can bank with a company that shares my values! The only thing Triodos doesn’t do yet it Apple pay! But to be perfectly honest I haven’t missed it! Choosing People and Planet

I can't say enough, the expression 'follow the money' is more relevant today than it has ever been. In our everyday life, we make choices based on our wants, needs and ethics, but then use financial institutions and products which contribute towards the destruction of those very same ethics. I chose to move to Triodos, because they invest in people, small businesses and planet and don't invest in things that are destructive to the things that not only do we care about, but that are essential for the future of everyone on this planet. How could I not move to a bank with ethics?! I have found their customer services very helpful and friendly and would recommend the bank to anybody and everybody! Reviewed on: 22nd February 2022

Ethical is vital right now

Right now we are in a state of climate emergency and so anything that can be done to help is vital to our future. Triodos Bank is doing just that by ensuring only the ethical businesses get the financial support they need to survive and grow. Personally, they have been a great bank to deal with by providing the access to support in a timely and professional manner when I need it.
