Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Impressive ethical bank

Groundbreaking bank

Triodos is a sector leading bank, doing things others don't dare. Their commitment to transparency is phenomenal. Ethical, personal, proud of its customers

Ethical - I like that my bank doesn't just do ethics "at the edges" to look good but is fundamentally committed to, and about, creating a better society Personal - I am able to get through and talk to a real person easily to sort any problems, and they do sort them. Proud of its customers - I like that my bank showcases the excellent work done by its customers as well. It's not just about what they do, but understanding the good that we are all trying to do. Excellent customer service from a modern ethical bank.

I have been very impressed with Triodos Bank. Their transparency and insistence on making ethical investments to drive positive change accords with my values. Ethical and excellent

The automated switch from HSBC went perfectly. All out standing orders and direct debits transferred perfectly. I've never contacted the customer service department because I've never needed to! Banking as it should be; flawless and effortless. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2022
