Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. What a relief to be with an ethical bank!

I was overjoyed when Triodos opened a current account in the UK; it is so important to be with an ethical, sustainable bank - and Triodos is committed to serving the community as well as the wider world. Excellent customer service: not frustrating to access, knowledgeable, skilled and helpful staff. When managing a sensitive time involving house sale and an investment, very supportive. No mistakes ever. Top of the range several layered on line security. Excellent security education and communications. Transparent regarding their work to be the most ethical possible.
