My credit card has been frozen due to suspicious act...

My credit card has been frozen due to suspicious activity, I've checked my statement and nothing looks off, tried to get hold of Zopa all weekend with no luck and then this morning managed to get hold of someone on the live chat who was very unhelpful, with just a message of "a mass communication will be sent out to customers today" In this time I've had payments declined and subscriptions cancelled due to none payment, nightmare! This issue has highlighted that Zopa Bank really lacks ways to get support when you need it, I would highly recommend people take this into consideration when deciding if they want to use Zopa.
