Efficient, hassle free & responsible

Zopa's interface on the app and website is user friendly. Customer service is responsive, and I feel that I do trust and appreciate Zopa, they are reliable and responsible. I make payments easy, I know my balance, transactions, statements and I am given informative emails about my status. Zopa doesn't easily give in and increase credit, which I feel is because they are responsible. They helped me when I needed to use credit, and I pay it back on time because the interface is easy to use and informative for me. Reviewed on: 26th January 2022
