So quick and easy

It was easy to open my account and I love the flexibility of being able to transfer money in and out in just a few taps. Communication is good with all transactions confirmed quickly. I'm new to app only banking but the simplicity and professionalism of Zopa gave me the confidence to get going. I also like the fact they respond quickly to increase interest rates and keep me informed of these changes. The boosted savings pots add an extra layer of flexibility and make my savings work for me. Competitive rates and super-easy to use

I've only been saving with Zopa for a few months now, having consolidated some small disparate pots of savings with various providers. In that time I've been really impressed and recommended it to friends. Not only were the rates at outset competitive, but as interest rates have risen this year, the only silver lining has been some unexpected bumps in savings rates from Zopa. That's right, the rates have increased *after* they already snagged me as a customer! I'm really impressed with the commitment to existing customers as well as new ones. The app and interface are so intuitive as well, and topping up savings is really straightforward. I have pots set up for various uses, from extra cash for bigger-than-usual purchases to boosted pots for longer term aspirations. Cannot recommend enough! Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
