Over 10 year with zopa

I have had an account for over 10 year. It very good and easy service to use. App is very clear and easy to see your money and monthly intrested added. Much better than any old style high st bank. Reviewed on: 21st December 2024

Top marks for Zooa

I have been using Zopa for good few months and it is really good. The rates are great and the app is just amazing- a seamless no-nonsense process. It is so easy to top up the account and withdraw the money, never had any problems. Reviewed on: 8th December 2024

Decent app but needs more functionallity.

Decent app but needs more functionallity such as 'Joint accounts' ability to transfer into a specific pot from a linked account via the existing 'pull' function. Reviewed on: 3rd October 2024

Zopa makes saving easy AND enjoyable!

Zopa makes saving easy AND enjoyable! There access and boost pots allow me to manage my money in different ways, making it possible to plan ahead for any of life's unexpected costs that may arise, whist also getting the most out of the money I do wish to lock away. The app is very easy to use, and you can see all of your savings clearly. I have never needed to contact Zopa directly, so I can't say that I have experience with dealing with their customer service, but I think the fact that I have never needed to contact them speaks for itself! Easy to use app and good interest rates

The app is very well designed, it is easy to use and transfer between accounts and accounts outside of ZOPA. They also have a personalised experience where you can add our accounts and see them all in the same place.
