senseless and uncaring approach

I had taken out gadget cover for a trip and lost a set of headphones. After waiting over a month I have had my claim declined because I hadn’t reported the loss to police. I’m not sure why anyone would report losing some headphones to the police. I made the claim whilst I was still within my insured period but nonetheless admiral say they cannot go against the fact I need a report filed within 24 hours, even despite being on a road trip in a country I didn’t have phone signal in. Senseless, thoughtless and careless approach to people. People take out insurance for protection and safety and this company will sidestep all they can to avoid their responsibility to the customer. Great travel insurance choice

Admiral annual travel policy

I buy an annual travel insurance policy with admiral and they are great. Most services can be done on the website, but if you need to call them they are always friendly and helpful, and you aren't kept waiting on hold for ages. Price is reasonable and the cover is good. Admiral are a great company to use for insurance.

Admiral are a great company to use for insurance. I had to make a claim because my trip got cancelled last minute and the process for claiming was so straight forward and much quicker than I thought it would be.
