Suddenly they pulled it. Said that I was using it and needed to reduce it Find at first then when when I did need help for a couple of months they were most unhelpful. So if you read if you need help we can help you don’t bother calling as thy will not assist they will try and refer you to Citizens Advice. No loyalty whatsoever Read more Read less

    Great interest on the regular saver account.

    No interest on current account, but good interest on their regular saver. Plus they still have quite a few open branches which is near miraculous these days.

    Your never to old to bank on your phone.

    I have only had a co-op Current account for nine months now but as I'm in my mid 70's I would never imagined me conducting all banking on my phone.

    If you are looking for a sustainable and ethical choice, this is easily the best option among the high street banks for a standard current... If you are looking for a sustainable and ethical choice, this is easily the best option among the high street banks for a standard current account (for online, check out Triodos as well). Unlike most mainstream banks, the Co-op does not offer services or finance to the fossil fuel industry nor other unethical industries. I feel content that my money is not being invested in activities that undermine our common future. Read more Read less
