The branch in Leighton Buzzard is not open, and the lady on the phone said go to Tring! which is 15/16 miles away with no bus route. Reviewed on: 29th April 2025

We temporarily closed our Leighton Buzzard branch in February so that we can complete some essential maintenance. We sent a letter to Leighton Buzzard customers about the closure in February, so if you were missed from this communication please let me know and I will investigate further (you can email me at [email protected]). The team are looking forward to welcoming back our members next week when the branch re-opens on 7th May, however you can also register to manage your account online through our Harpenden Online facility. Please visit our website and follow the the link which gives instructions on how to register. Why saving rates keep falling but mortgages do not?

Very poor practice at this BS. They keep reducing savers rates ( twice in the last two months) but not the mortgage interest. Their Standard Variable rate is completely arbitrary. Reviewed on: 1st September 2025

Excellent Customer Service

Fed up with online attemp.

Tried to register fo an online account as an existing customer , was asked to provide ID certification , and account was set up , but now I cannot get into system as something has been deactivated. No answer to telephone call , no waiting time given. This has been one obstacle and frustration after another . Will probably just let attempted account lapse as am fed up trying.
