Good service

Great interest rates, though they have fallen several times in less than one year of having my account open. At first there was no option for me to withdraw any money so I had to contact CS and they added a button to the account - a bit concerning to have your money in there with no option to withdraw, although it was sorted. The account dashboard could do with updating/ optimising. It's extremely basic and not the easiest to navigate. All in all, these aren't major issues and I trust my money is safe. We're glad you are pleased with the interest rate on your savings account. We will always ensure our accounts provide fair value. Within the last twelve months there has been for reductions to the Bank of England Base rate, and whilst non of our savings products are directly linked, this does have an impact on pricing where we need to manage commercial considerations whilst always ensuring we put our members first. With regards to your feedback regarding our dashboard, I 100% agree with you that this could be improved and we are working hard with out software provider to improve the experience for our members. ISA tax free status transfer requirement

Wishing to keep savings in an ISA. I question about a nominated account, it should also state that account (or/plus transfer to another ISA account) to keep funds tax free. Reviewed on: 27th September 2025

Why saving rates keep falling but mortgages do not?

Very poor practice at this BS. They keep reducing savers rates ( twice in the last two months) but not the mortgage interest. Their Standard Variable rate is completely arbitrary. Reviewed on: 1st September 2025

Fed up with online attemp.

Tried to register fo an online account as an existing customer , was asked to provide ID certification , and account was set up , but now I cannot get into system as something has been deactivated. No answer to telephone call , no waiting time given. This has been one obstacle and frustration after another . Will probably just let attempted account lapse as am fed up trying.
