Great customer service

I was given really clear and informative advice on my existing savings accounts and which accounts would benefit my personal circumstances. It was an immediate face to face experience, where I could open an account following advice given. I did not have to wait for an appointment or have to go online. Great service. I was very impressed with the knowledge and clarity of the explanations of the products available from the gentleman who served me at the Rugby branch. Reviewed on: 12th December 2023
