Disgraceful service, waiting for complaints team.

Opened a postal isa account as I live in the North....I have since learned that they do not provide prepaid envelopes to enable me to operate my postal account as other financial institutions are only too willing to provide envelopes. Very disappointed from day one with the service. Spoke to head office, Tracy about same, she left me on hold 4 times to ask a supervisor the answer to my questions. 20 minutes speaking to her about a prepaid envelope. I have put in a complaint to their complaint team. Awaiting a call. Disgraceful service. Reviewed on: 6th March 2025

Setting up new account

Seems quite old fashioned to have to leave passbook for transfer to be done to new account. But I like to have account with local BS Reviewed on: 5th March 2025
