I went into the branch to sort out some matters and was looked after by Neil, one of the team behind the counter. He, along with the others present that day, could not have been more helpful. They were very understanding of what I wanted to do and explained everything in very clear detail. I could not have wished for service any better. I arrived at the branch at a apparently busy and they were one member of staff short. Nevertheless I was impressed by the respect and kindness (as usual) I received. Though it was obvious the two ladies were under pressure due to the gathering queue and dealing with my needs as quickly as possible (opening a new savings account), I got no impression that they were impatiently trying to hurry me along - I am 82.
