Great customer service

I was given really clear and informative advice on my existing savings accounts and which accounts would benefit my personal circumstances. It was an immediate face to face experience, where I could open an account following advice given. I did not have to wait for an appointment or have to go online. Great service. I was very impressed with the knowledge and clarity of the explanations of the products available from the gentleman who served me at the Rugby branch. Reviewed on: 12th December 2023

Excellent service at the Hinckley branch.

Came to the Hinckley branch to sort out my deceased wife’s isa account. The manager (Michalea) was excellent and very understanding the situation. Great advice given. Reviewed on: 16th October 2025

Personal service - long my it last

Until now, have always found in-branch and telephone service at Hinckley and Rugby wonderful and I am happy to travel 20 miles to a branch for that alone; the personal touch is what I have always valued most - problems solved quickly, queries answered clearly, and everything done so pleasantly.
