I’m really happy with my FlexAccount, I manage it through the app which is simple & easy to use. I can see my incomings & outgoings at a glance or simply click to see more details. I've been banking with nationwide for over two years...

I've been banking with nationwide for over two years now after regularly switching accounts for the switch bonuses. Even with switch incentives from other banks I haven't been convinced to move away from nationwide. Great personal service

Although I do use the Nationwide banking app, I love that I can do my banking at my local branch where I can talk to real people face to face, The staff are so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, and it's so nice to see how they go the extra mile for their elderly or less able customers. Mutual bonus

Since my wife and I switched to them we've had £125 each for switching and for the last 2 y3ars they've paid a £100 bonus to members. As they don't have shareholders members benefit from the profits. Reviewed on: 24th May 2024
