Avoid!

1 star is more than what they should get but I can't do zero. 7 people I've spoken to today. Three times "cut off" and one time I failed security reading direct from my bank statement the answers!!! Shocking serice. I'm now trying to pay my balance and cancel my card and I can't even do that. All this started from multiple payments on my account I didn't ask for. Any other credit card company would have stoppd these straight away as they're still pending. But not nationwide. A million hoops for customers to jump through despite the answers being correct still no help, yet nothing for the companies who scam us! Terrible

Terrible overly risk adverse product that rejects online purchases for little or no reason. Leaving you without out your purchase, then makes you jump through hoops to fix their error! Very poor Reviewed on: 21st April 2017

Always there for you
