Prompt and courteous service

Have had to make a number of claims on a lifetime policy and I have always had very prompt and courteous service.

Easy process for claiming. Saved us a fortune!

We got pet insurance last year, for the first time, for our senior cats and one had a big accident which ripped his leg and... We got pet insurance last year, for the first time, for our senior cats and one had a big accident which ripped his leg and he hid for a couple of days before we could get him to the vet. So it was a big job to get him fixed up - Sainsburys were great - easy to make the claim, paid direct to the vets and easy to switch over the claim when our cat moved care from the vet hospital back to our regular vet. Such a relief at a very stressful time. Cat is now fine, and we had to spend a lot less than if we'd not been insured! Read more Read less
