The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Starling the best bank for me

I have been with Starling Bank ever since all the banks in Billingshurst High Street closed. They deal with any queries you have extremely quickly and are always very friendly and helpful. I am very happy with them as a Bank. I have a £125 overdraft which I hardly ever yse. I am very happy with them and have no reason to consider changing to nother bank. They provide excellent customer service. which in my eyes is aĺl I need. On the rare occasions I have had queries they have been dealt with quickly and professionally and I couldn't ask for more. I love that Starling bank doesn't charge fees for h...

I love that Starling bank doesn't charge fees for having a current account with them. I love the feature of Spaces in the app so it's easy to set money aside for something in particular. The only criticism I have is that they used to pay monthly interest on the money you keep in the account but that has stopped. That was one reason why I opened an account with Starling in the first place. Reviewed on: 25th March 2026

Starling Bank - Bank of The Year!

Very good terms, service and options within the account itself.Cost of running account very little. Reliable and professional service, can’t ask for more. The option of spaces gives great opportunity to safe money, manage the funds, manage the bills well. Really good interface.
