Generally good experience, irritant is the site does not update quickly enough re payments in and pending. Advises payment dates and debits payment acct before same.

Eventually we had to use my husbands debit card, as we were afraid of loosing the tickets. The next day I contacted them and it was because I used a different computer. About 20 years ago I was very against credit cards but my sister persuaded me to get the Tesco Bank Clubcard credit card which, if I paid in full by direct debit every month, would mean that I could shop more easily online and gain more Clubcard points, which would give me more purchasing power both with Tesco and partners.
