    I have now telephoned your office on two separate occasions chasing the refund of £171.00, which remains unpaid despite assurances from your customer service team... I have now telephoned your office on two separate occasions chasing the refund of £171.00, which remains unpaid despite assurances from your customer service team that it would be processed and paid last week. The refund should be paid to the following account: Account Number: Sort Code: It has now been approximately three weeks since the policy was cancelled, yet you continue to hold my money without any explanation. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I have received, particularly after speaking to a customer service representative last week who was unhelpful and unable to provide a satisfactory resolution. I now require: 1. Immediate payment of the outstanding refund of £171.00. 2. Written confirmation of when the payment has been processed. 3. A response to this complaint explaining the reason for the delay. Should this matter not be resolved this week, I will have no option but to escalate my complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service and pursue the matter further. Read more Read less
