I’ve... 3590928N. Absolutely shocking experience with Tesco Insurance. My claim has been handled terribly from the beginning with constant delays, poor communication and zero accountability. I’ve had to chase things repeatedly and every time I speak to someone I get a different answer. The way this has been handled by people involved in my claim, including Nico Signorelli, has been extremely disappointing. Instead of properly investigating and resolving the issue, it feels like they are more interested in avoiding responsibility and dragging the process out. For a company as big as Tesco you would expect a professional and fair claims process, especially when customers are paying their premiums expecting support when something goes wrong. Instead the experience has been stressful, frustrating and completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise people to think carefully before taking insurance with Tesco if this is the level of service they provide when you actually need them. Read more Read less

    Tesco home insurance what a Joke!!

    Returned home from two week holiday to find water damage in lounge ceiling above window. We contacted Tesco insurance and they asked us how do... Returned home from two week holiday to find water damage in lounge ceiling above window. We contacted Tesco insurance and they asked us how do we think its has been caused. We dont know but suggested that due to the heavy rains over the past weeks whilst away there must be a leak in the roof somewhere and it has found its way into that part of the house. Tesco then told us that their reports show no storms in our area in the past 2 weeks and will not be able to process/develop our claim until we can detect where the leak is and go to a leak detection company! Both neighbours have said that it has rained hwavy most days whilst we've been away. Having been a Tesco customer for many years both for house and car insurance and not having to make a claim, we feel really let down and dissapointed with their lack of help and empathy in this matter. Come renewal date we will definitely not be using Tesco. It almost feels like they are getting money under false pretenses puporting to be an insurance company. We are livid and will be warning all our friends to stay away from Tesco. Read more Read less

    Damaged money

    I bought 700 dollars for my trip to SE Asia. Nearly half of them have been refused for having rips and pen marks. Will never use them again.
