New customer - Excellent experience

Tuesday 11.07.23 I have opend an account on line because of the attractive interest rate and easy on line access to funds. The experience has been excellent. I have contacted FBS by logging into account, and on Telephone. No problem at all. There has also been confirmation by email text and post. Just what I wanted to feel save with on line banking. Difficuly logging in

I called today as I was having difficulty logging in. The customer services adviser was very patient and helpful. She walked me through the process and I actually had to re-register as the system had updated since I last logged in and my password needed changing. Thank you for making it easy. Just need to wait for verification code through the post and will be sorted Reviewed on: 12th January 2026

Online Help

Tracy talked me through the new signing in online system as I could not access my account. The verification code sent in the post did not work & I wanted to add money to my account. Reviewed on: 12th January 2026

I have had to call the FBS to query the investment c...

I have had to call the FBS to query the investment change I had requested. The renewal document received did not include the change requested. However, was assured by telephone call that the change had been recorded as requested. I was completely satisfied with the response provided. Reviewed on: 5th January 2026
