Matured Bond

Encouraged to use online service. Used the service to give bond maturity instructions. Received an email confirming receipt. Maturity date came and went and nothing happened. Eventually spoke to a human who said that they hadn’t received instructions!! Assured me that it would be dealt with immediately. Nothing happened!! Sent two emails today and got an automated reply to say they were very busy!! Still awaiting return of my investment. I was initially going to re-invest but have lost all confidence in this institution - very unimpressed! Reviewed on: 6th June 2025

Very poor facilities and website

The website is a complete mess . You have to navigate endlesy to find how to withdraw from your own account. and then it leads nowhere . Reviewed on: 1st June 2023

Applying For A New ISA

Despite being a Saver for many years, I could not, online, choose and apply for a 2003/4 new ISA. When on my account and selecting new ISA, it would only offer me one option ???. Easy to open a new savings account online. Received the good standard of customer service that you would expect from a small mutual society. My only criticism would be the delay between opening online and awaiting for the i.d. checks to be completed before depositing. I understand the requirement for checks but there could have been better communication here to give clarity of when the initial deposit could be made. Reviewed on: 12th May 2023

Good Company, website could be better

Great company and great customer service. The only thing I would say is that the website is not very mobile friendly. I used the website on my phone and alot of the operations/buttons and messaging service I could not view. Reviewed on: 4th May 2023

Feels like interacting with family not a corporate

Good experience, I'm happy. Would be even better if transactions on my account showed up immediately and I was able to withdraw funds immediately, not next day, via bank transfer. Reviewed on: 28th April 2023
