A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Changed to Triodos bank after 50 years

I love this bank!

I love the banking app - it is so easy to use compared to any other. And if you do have to phone the bank, you are spoken to by a real human being who listens and gives you practical help. Now that Triodos also has Apple Pay, I can use my card on my pbone, too. So really, I cannot think of any further improvements! Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

Thoughtfully designed app!

The banking app is very well designed and intuitive. It lets me amend a standing order reference monthly to satisfy the payee requirement and I can change the names of savings accounts to help me remember what they are for, both features make my life so much easier and you don’t find them in many other banking apps. The addition of Apple Pay is also great. Best of all, I know my money is doing some good! Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

Brilliant bank, would never move anywhere else now.

Banking with Triodos has always been seamless, right from the switch and over the years. The website and app are well designed and easy to use, payments go through as they should, and if I need to speak to them I can call them up and get through easily. The people on the other end are empowered to take sensible decisions, and it's always very pleasant to speak with them. And it's great knowing that the organisation's integrity and commitment to ethical banking sits alongside this; indeed I think this approach is what results in the excellent customer service. So happy to be banking with a bank I can trust

So happy to be banking with a bank I can trust in terms of what they do with my money, the fact that I don’t have to worry that they using to fund an arm manufacturer or a fossil fuel company.
