Professional Customer Care

Have been with AMEX since 2017. Any time I have had to deal with them they have always been swift, friendly and helpful. Even when I had to utilise a section 75 claim, their service and care was exceptional. The only little gripe I have with my Platinum cashback card, is that unless you spend a minimum amount in the year you will forfeit all earned cashback. Even with this being the case I still use my AMEX as I know if there is a problem they will be on hand to help me out. ... Reviewed on: 13th June 2023

Costumer for a long time - no loyalty incentive

I've been with them for a very long time and there have been no incentives to stay. The cashback was great in the first year, but since then nothing special. Reviewed on: 14th June 2024

Nice perks and no problems

I've had a Platinum Cashback Credit Card for about 15 years and always pay it off every month. It's nice to get a small amount of cashback every year, although for the first few years I didn't because I hadn't spent enough on it. I've also got money off a couple of purchases in the Shop Small events. I've never had any problems and never had to contact customer services. The only drawback is that it isn't accepted everywhere.
