Amazing customer service

Great Service

Staff are so polite and helpful, always making you feel valued. They are knowledgeable about the products, processes and procedures. If you need to be transferred to a different person, you don’t have to repeat yourself as your initial clearance/conversation will have been relayed. It doesn’t sound like you’re talking to someone in a massive call centre so it’s easy to hear and follow the conversation. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2024

Customer service is excellent at Hinckley and Rugby. All the people who have answered the phone to me recently have been polite, clearly spoken, patient, well informed, helpful and friendly.
