Helpful Operator

Called FBS re changes to the BoE base rate and whether the last one in November 24 had been passed on. The operative I spoke to was very helpful, confirmed this is happening 20th Feb 25 and then spent time answering related questions for me. Reviewed on: 10th January 2025

Criteria Check

Outstanding Service from start to Completion

My BDM Amar Mashru was so helpful in helping me present the case. He was quick with responses and very knowledgeable with all aspects of criteria. Somy, well she was just so amazing and went beyond the call of duty with her communications and understanding of the case. I cant praise her enough. Excellent rage of savings products.

Excellent service from start to finish

From start to finish have had such good support and assistance. Very clear explanations. Wuick response and I was en ex pat with no luck till FBS and they made the whole process easy. Have now cleared Morthage and they even congratulated me Reviewed on: 8th April 2025

Excellent Service
