easy to use instant access and currently good interest rate

The staff are really helpful and the online account is easy to use. You just need to check the interest rate (currently a whopping 5.1% and so ahead of the rest) and remember that you can only withdraw up to £25,000 a day (if you have more to save) - but for an instant access account it's unusual. Difficult to find the branch .

Difficult to find the branch at Ashley centre. You might add more detail about where it is on the website. And when arriving to set up the account it would be very useful if the assistant could say his long the settings up is going to take. Reviewed on: 15th December 2025

Excellent phone call experience

I called and spoke to Messiah Black. I explained that I could not access my online account. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She walked me through re-registering for the account. Her instructions were clear and she was very patient. I also gave her instructions for a maturing account. Reviewed on: 9th December 2025

My call was picked up really quickly. I rang because I was locked out of my account. The chap I spoke too was very friendly and reassuring, and they helped me get back in. Possibly the worst website of any financial institut...

Possibly the worst website of any financial institution that I have ever encountered. The switch from NCBS to Family website does not seem to have improved things at all. Savings interest rates are okay. Nothing else. Reviewed on: 1st December 2025
